Solarpack is a multinational specialized in the development, financing, construction, operation and management of utility scale solar photovoltaic power plants with presence in fast-growing markets in Europe, North America, Latin America, Asia and Africa.
Solarpack’s shareholders Beraunberri, S.L., Burgest 2007, S.L. and Landa LLC have already agreed to sell their shares (50.957% stake) to EQT. The takeover bid is a Public to Private Transaction (P2P), as EQT intends to delist Solarpack.
