Solar industry start-up Enpal GmbH (Enpal) closed its €130 million Series C financing from SoftBank Vision Fund 2.
Berlin-based Enpal builds and rents solar solutions for private households. With the closing of the financing round, in relation to which its articles of association and shareholders’ agreement were comprehensively amended, Enpal becomes one of Germany’s most highly valued solar companies and the country’s first green unicorn.
