Duravant’s Partnership with Carlyle and Warburg Pincus

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton advised Duravant and Warburg Pincus in the deal. Latham & Watkins advised Carlyle.

Duravant, a global engineered equipment and automation solutions provider to the food processing, packaging and material handling sectors, executed a significant investment from funds led by global investment firm Carlyle, and a continued partnership with Warburg Pincus, a leading global growth investor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The transaction was announced on October 29, 2021.
