DIF Capital Partners’ Financing for Four Wind Farms

Clifford Chance advised a consortium of lenders consisting of DNB Bank, PZU and Santander Bank Polska on the deal.

DNB Bank, PZU and Santander Bank Polska signed a facilities agreement with SPVs owned by DIF Capital Partners in relation to senior facilities (term loan, VAT facility and DSRF facility) and equity bridge loan facility granted by DNB Bank, in connection with the construction and operation of four wind farms with a total capacity of 108 MW.
