Deliverr’s $250 Million Series E Financing

Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian advised Tiger Global on the deal.

Tiger Global led the $250 million Series E financing of Deliverr, an e-commerce and fulfillment technology platform. Deliverr uses predictive analytics to anticipate demand for products. The new capital will be used to accelerate commercial operations and expand Deliverr’s next-day fulfillment services.

The Gunderson deal team was led by Steve Baglio (Picture) and Mark Oblad and included Brian Snyder, Anand Mehta, Eli Heller, Khalil Nobles, and Jeff Adler.
