De Volksbank’s Acquisition of Fitrex

NautaDutilh advised De Volksbank on the deal.

De Volksbank, the organisation behind SNS, ASN Bank, RegioBank and BLG Wonen, completed the acquisition of valuation platform Fitrex.

This acquisition is in line with the bank’s strategy 2021-2025 to strengthen customer relationships. With this acquisition, de Volksbank expands its services with a complementary service within its core business of living. This contributes to the diversification of income.
