Coty Inc completed its offering of Class A common stock for an aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $420 million. The Selling Stockholder received all proceeds from the offering. Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as the underwriter of the offering.

Coty is one of the world’s largest beauty companies with an iconic portfolio of brands across fragrance, color cosmetics, and skin and body care.
