International law firm Clark Hill announced that it has combined with Philadelphia-based litigation firm Conrad O’Brien, effective February 1, 2023. The combination adds 18 seasoned litigators to Clark Hill’s robust Litigation practice group. They join four former Conrad O’Brien attorneys who came to Clark Hill in late 2022.

With the announcement of the Conrad O’Brien combination, Clark Hill’s Philadelphia office will have doubled in size since the start of 2023. In January 2023, Clark Hill announced that the real estate boutique firm of Larsson & Scheuritzel also joined the Philadelphia office.
