Gornitzky & Co. represented Clal Insurance in the transaction.
Clal acquired 75% of the rights to various companies in the Hajaj Group in two real estate complexes on Einstein St. in Tel Aviv, which provide rights to two commercial centers (with a total area of 13,400 square meters).
The transactions in this case were highly complex, requiring a complicated system of agreements comprising original and unique solutions, taking into account that Clal Group is an institutional entity operating in the insurance industry.
