ByrneWallace LLP acted for Circle Voluntary Housing Association on their recent acquisition of a development at Fairgreen Manor, Dunlavin, Co. Wicklow.

The scheme delivers a mix of 40 A-rated 2, 3 and 4 bed houses providing much needed homes for individuals and families in this brand new residential development. Circle VHA is one of the largest Approved Housing Bodies in Ireland, working together with local authorities, State agencies, developers and funders to deliver new-build social and affordable housing solutions.
