Charles Schwab's $850 Million Notes Offering

The Charles Schwab Corporation executed its public offering of $850 million of 1.95% Senior Notes due 2031. Citigroup Global Markets, Credit Suisse Securities (USA), J.P. Morgan Securities and Wells Fargo Securities, acted as lead underwriters.

Charles Schwab is a savings and loan holding company and engages, through its subsidiaries, in wealth management, securities brokerage, banking, asset management, custody and financial advisory services.
