Castlight Health’s $370 Million Combination with Vera Whole Health

Castlight Health (NYSE: CSLT), a leading healthcare data and navigation company, announced its agreement to combine with Vera Whole Health, a pioneer in advanced primary care. The transaction is valued at an equity value of approximately $370 million and will be structured as an all cash tender offer to acquire all outstanding shares of Castlight. The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of 2022, subject to customary closing conditions.
