Carmanah Minerals Corp.’s Initial Public Offering

MLT Aikins acted as counsel to Carmanah on its IPO.

On June 27, Vancouver-based Carmanah Minerals Corp. has completed an initial public offering (IPO) on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).

Shares of Carmanah began trading on the CSE on June 28 under the ticker “CARM”.

Carmanah said it would use proceeds from the IPO to carry out exploration of the Loljuh Project, which covers more than 1,650 hectares in the Omineca Mining Division of British Columbia.

Haywood Securities Inc. acted as Agent, while Odyssey Trust Company was the Transfer Agent.
