Brookfield Properties’ R$394 Million Acquisition of 19 Floors of the Sucupira Tower

Brookfield Properties, via brazilian real estate investment fund PDC II Fundo De Investimento Imobiliário, administrated by Banco Genial S.A. (Brazil), executed the acquisition of 19 floors of the real estate development Sucupira Tower, a subcondominium of Parque da Cidade Condominium (located at Avenida das Nações Unidas, No. 14401, Chácara Santo Antônio (Zona Sul), São Paulo – SP, 04794-000), a luxury commercial building, from REC Sucupira PDC Empreendimentos S.A. (Brazil).

Opea Securitizadora S.A. provided the financing for the acquisition.
