BlueVoyant’s Cyber-Defense Joint Venture With Elca

Homburger advised BlueVoyant on the deal, while Bär & Karrer advised ELCA.

The American cybersecurity service provider Bluevoyant and the Swiss IT provider ELCA announced the creation of a new cyber-defense joint venture: Senthorus.

Senthorus, a joint venture powered by cyber defense company BlueVoyant, will operate a new, Switzerland-based SOC (Security Operations Center). This will allow clients to benefit from state-of-the-art protection from a Swiss company, keeping customer data in Switzerland.
