Azulis Capital executed the acquisition, via a secondary OBO, of a minority holding in the capital of Talis Business School.

Talis Business School is a network of business schools offering courses from Bac to Bac + 5 in the fields of management, communication, sales, finance, marketing, international management and human resources management. Composed of nine post-baccalaureate schools, it is located in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Ile de France regions of France.
