LifeScience Holding SCSp (“LSH”), a long-term oriented investor consortium led by investment holding Armira, has successfully completed the acquisition of a participation of approx. 40% in the Horst Walter Sartorius community of heirs from members of the Sartorius family.
In total, the inheritances of the community of heirs comprise 50.09% of the ordinary shares of Dax listed Sartorius Aktiengesellschaft.
