On March 2, 2022, the corporate and financial reorganization of the group operating in the renewable energy sector, headed in Italy by Archmore Emerald Italy S.r.l., was successfully completed. and managed by UBS Asset Management, in collaboration with Econergy as asset manager.
The transaction followed UBS’s recent entry into the Italian renewables market and allowed the group itself to rationalize its corporate structure and optimize the terms and conditions of project finance loans, laying the foundations for further growth.
