ARA LOGOS Logistics Trust Management Limited announced a S$188.7 million equity fund raising to partially finance the Proposed Acquisitions of five logistics properties located in Australia and Fund Investments.
The equity fund raising comprises of (i) a private placement of approximately S$50 million, (ii) subscription of new units by investors of up to approximately S$88.7 million and (iii) a pro rata and non-renounceable preferential offering of approximately S$50 million.
