AMCS’s Acquisition of Quentic

Proskauer advised shareholders of Quentic GmbH on the deal. Willkie Farr & Gallagher advised Insight Partners. Sidley represented Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. Taylor Wessing advised Advanced Manufacturing Control Systems.

AMCS executed the acquisition of Quentic GmbH, which is currently backed by One Peak Partners, Morgan Stanley Expansion Capital, HTGF and the founders and management.

Quentic is a German-headquartered Software-as-a-Service for EHSQ and ESG management business in Europe and AMCS is a leading global supplier of integrated cloud-based software and vehicle technology for the environmental, utilities, waste, recycling, and resource industries.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the coming weeks.

With this acquisition AMCS significantly broadens their expertise globally in the environmental services industry. Quentic’s management team will continue to shape both the brand’s and company’s future as a global market leader for environmental, health, safety and quality management software and services together with AMCS.

Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies.
