AiVF’s $25 Million Series A Round

Gross & Co. advised AiVF on the deal.

AiVF, developer of the first fully operational AI-based IVF software platform, completed a $25 million Series A round led by Insight Partners.

The Gross & Co. team consisted of Partner Shmulik Atias (Picture), Associates Gavriel Maimon and Shaked Cohen, and Intern Avner Oralevich. Partners Rick Mann and Rafi Levi, Associate Hen Eran, and Intern Liraz Marom represented Insight Partners. Partners Ella Tevet and Guy Gershon, Associates Maayan Pogozelits-Lasri, Gidon DeRowe, Evan Schendler, Dvir Hollender, and Josef Sternthal, and Intern Lian Lustig.
