Advent International announced the acquisition by its affiliate AI Beauty Holdings of cosmetics brands bareMinerals, BUXOM and Laura Mercier (collectively, n/k/a Orveon) from Shiseido Americas Corporation. The transaction closed on December 06, 2021.
