Aernnova Aerospace’s USD $172 Million Acquisition of Embraer’s Subsidiaries

Paul Hastings and Abreu Advogados advised Embraer on the deal while Garrigues Portugal represented Aernnova.

Embraer announced the sale of its  wholly owned subsidiaries Embraer Portugal Estruturas Metalicas (EEM) and Embraer Portugal Estruturas em Compositos (EEC) to Aernnova Aerospace for USD $172 million.

Embraer has entered into a strategic partnership with Aernnova, which will assume operation of EEM and EEC and continue to supply Embraer with components used in aircraft production.
