Aequita’s Acquisition of IFA Group

Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised SGP Schneider Geiwitz & Partner on the deal. Noerr advised Aequita on the deal. Dentons advised promissory note holders. Greenberg Traurig represented Automotive Supplier IFA.

SGP Schneider Geiwitz & Partner acted as trustee for the automotive supplier IFA as well as IFA on the sale of the IFA Group and on all related legal aspects of the trusteeship.
