Abraxas Informatik AG announced the acquisition of byerley AG (Byerley) from its founders and shareholders, Labinot Demaj and Patrick Sägesser. The acquisition of Byerley enables Abraxas to promote digital transformation within public administration.

Byerley is the leading provider of chatbots in the field of public administration in Switzerland. By automating processes and generating individual responses to users, chatbots reduce the internal complexity of administrations, thereby simplifying the digital access of the population and companies to public services around the clock and reducing the workload of administrative personnel.

Abraxas is the largest provider of integrated IT solutions for the public sector in Switzerland. Abraxas employs around 800 people at its headquarters in St.Gallen and at other locations in Switzerland.
