Ellenoff Grossman & Schole LLP (EGS) announced that Laura Rosmarin has joined the firm as a partner in its Immigration Practice. Based in the firm’s New York office, Rosmarin brings more than 25 years of experience advising businesses and individuals on complex employment-based immigration matters.
Rosmarin counsels multinational and domestic companies, executives, investors, academic institutions, and highly skilled professionals throughout the immigration process, from developing nonimmigrant visa strategies to securing permanent residence and U.S. citizenship. Her practice encompasses non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions including H-1B, L-1, O, P, R, TN and E visas; EB1A Extraordinary Ability, EB1C Multinationals; National Interest Waivers; PERM labor certifications; and applications for permanent residence and citizenship.

Rosmarin has represented corporate executives, entrepreneurs, professional athletes, physicians, engineers, entertainers, international students and other accomplished professionals across a wide range of industries and disciplines.

Rosmarin earned her J.D. from Emory University School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, in political science from Boston University. She also served as a guest lecturer on business immigration at Emory Law from 2019 through 2026. Rosmarin is admitted to practice in New York and Georgia and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
