BSVA Studio Legale Associato created in Milan a business crisis and restructuring task force run by Paolo Viganò and Matteo Carrara, accountants and auditors, partners of BSVA Corporate & Tax, and by Marco Lantelme, avvocato, partner of BSVA Studio Legale Associato, the latter who advises clients on banking, finance and restructuring transactions, including main banks and large Italian and international corporates.
